On the Thursday preceding the race weekend you walk the pit lane of Circuit Zandvoort: the place where teams prepare the cars, build the pit boxes and practise pit stops. The tour takes you past the pit lane gantries, the workspaces of the race engineers and the safety cars. You are welcomed in the Corporate Lounge, where insiders and sporting director Jan Lammers explain what makes Formula 1 so special; the closing drinks take place there too.
